｜Terms and Conditions｜

1. All tickets are sold on a first-come-first-served basis. No ticket is reserved for sale at the venue.
2. Please print out your online ticket at 7-ELEVEN for admission to screening. Ticket pick-up is not available at the venue.
3. Admission to the screening is strictly upon presentation of the ticket. TICFF will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or smearing of tickets.
4. Each ticket admits one person only. Same policy applies to infants and children. Parents should consider that children's view of the screen may be obstructed due to seat height before entering the theater.
5. Ticket holders are requested to be seated according to the seat number printed on tickets. Seat changing without permission is prohibited.
6. Barrier-free seat availability is limited. Please make a reservation by phone in advance. TICFF Customer Service: 0966-439-558.
7. Latecomers will NOT be admitted into the program beyond the first 20 minutes of the film, and their tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.
8. Any further change of the films (running time/rating ?etc.) will be announced on the festival official website and at the venue. 
9. The venue will be cleaned up after each screening. Please take care of your personal belongings.
10. In case of emergency evacuation, the audience members cannot stand or sit in the aisles or other non-seating areas during the screening.
11. All rights of the film belong to the copyright owner. Photography or video/audio recording during the screening is strictly prohibited. TICFF reserves the right to request for deletion of such illegal files.
12. In the event of natural disasters or force majeure, screenings may be cancelled. TICFF reserves all rights to change the program schedule due to unexpected occurrences. Latest updates will be announced on the website.
13. TICFF reserves the right to change the program.

｜Onsite Ticketing and Refund｜

1. Ticket purchase, refund, and souvenir exchange are only available at the "Vie Show Cinemas Taipei Hsin Yi Festival Booth".
2. Tickets to each screening are available at   until one hour before it starts. After that, tickets can only be purchased at the Festival Booth.
3. Ticket refund shall be made no later than three days before the screening.
   Example: ticket for April 4th screening may be refunded no later than April 1st.
4. A 10% processing fee will be charged per refunded ticket.
5. Ticket must be collected before refund. Ticket can only be refunded in following places during service hours:
   ■　Screenings on 3/27─3/29：Please contact TICFF Customer Service: 0966-439-558.
   ■　Screenings on 3/30─4/04：Please go to "Vie Show Cinemas Taipei Hsin Yi Festival Booth".
6. Change of tickets will be processed as “refund”. Please follow the refund rules above.
7. If tickets do not reach the souvenir threshold due to refund, unused souvenir must be returned with complete package. Tickets can only be refunded after confirmation of Festival Booth.
