16-year-old Uganda girl Tracy carries a big secret. She is infected with HIV, which she got from her mother at birth. Every day, Tracy takes medication to prevent herself from becoming seriously ill. She doesn't dare to tell anyone about the virus, not even her best friend. In Uganda, many people are afraid of HIV. But Tracy knows better. She decides to no longer keep her secret to herself.
